Supplier control

We are an amfori BSCI participant. We work with BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) to ensure that our suppliers work with integrity and are socially and environmentally responsible. Through regular third-party audits in the amfori BSCI system as well as certifications and audits in other internationally recognized systems*, we ensure that workers are treated fairly and employed under safe conditions.

CE marking

Our LEGO® UPF 40+ sunwear styles are CE marked. That is the highest level of CE marking standard within sun-protective swimwear, and it complies with the EU harmonised standard EN 13758-1:2001+A1:2006 & EN 13758-2:2003+A1:2006. That guarantee us that our suppliers use UPF 40+ protective materials when they manufacture our sun-protective swimwear.
